On this first month anniversary of Julie’s service I have at last been able to watch the service recording.
It has prompted me to write to thank you for the professional way in which you presented Julie’s life to us all with such beauty and dignity.
Unfortunately things have not gone well over the last month as Julie’s brother Bill also passed away last Sunday and we had his service on Friday.
Whilst being at Bill’s service was a bit like reopening a partly healed wound and rubbing salt in to it, watching Julies service and your excellent delivery has been quite cathartic and a needed reminder that whilst we will always remember the loved ones who have passed on, we have the life we have and must also make the most and get on with it.
Thank you for your help in our days of need.
Hi Lynnette,
I want to express my deepest thanks for the service you provided for Grandad. I appreciate your hard work, professionalism and for the compassion you showed towards my family.
You are extremely good at your job which is something I really admire! It was a pleasure to meet you, despite the circumstances. I wish you all the best in the future.
Dear Lynnette
Thank you for the card, it was very much appreciated, but I must admit, it was not unexpected. It is all part and parcel of the professional way in which you conduct your business.
I have been to quite a few funerals over the years (church and funeral parlor) and none, and I honestly mean none compare with your presentation.
Also, I cannot thank you enough for your kindness and care during what was a very difficult time for me last year.
Kindest regards,
We are so truly gratified for your warmth and professionalism throughout Jan’s service and would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
You were so obliging and caring and you delivered the service with so much affection and professionalism. Most people I spoke to felt the same.
I commend you on behalf of myself, our children and all of Jan’s family for delivering the most perfect of ceremonies.
Jan would have enjoyed every second of the service, as we did.
Things have settled after our big day and I wanted to take the time to write to you and give you our sincere thanks for Mum’s beautiful ceremony today.
Words cannot describe just how you conducted Mum’s service (from a potentially down-and-out day) to a really true celebration of her life.
You have been a great talking point with everyone I have spoken with today, and you were simply amazing at conveying Mum’s great story with a lovely balance of humour, care and compassion.
Above all, I know that Mum would not have wanted anything different or changed in her life story that you shared today.
Thank you so very much.
Just wanted to say thank you again, on behalf of myself and the rest of the family, in regards to the beautiful ceremony you performed for my Dad. We could not have asked for a more perfect ceremony.
In speaking to friends and family afterwards, everybody thought that the ceremony was great and that it was a beautiful way to remember Dad.
I also wanted to thank you for reading out the letter that I wrote to Dad. I would have loved to have read it myself, but didn’t think I would make it through. I thought that you did an amazing job and if ever we’re asked to recommend a celebrant, I will be sure to pass on your details. Thankyou again.

On behalf of my family I would like to thank you sincerely for delivering on your promise to make the memorial service for Marion a fitting tribute to her life. We were all grateful for the sensitive and dignified way that the service was presented. Our extended family and friends also expressed similar views. So once again thank you very much.
We were so pleased with the service you gave for our mum. Thank you also for suggesting we take the photo album of mum to the service, it was just the finishing touch. Sincere thanks on behalf of both our families.
Thank you so very much for Justin’s service on Friday. Everyone I have spoken to after it has said how beautiful the service was for him and how they all listened very carefully to your special words for him. My family and I thank you very much for your passionate and caring service.
Please accept our thanks for a truly inspiring service that celebrated the life of our mum. In what was an emotionally difficult time, we both felt confident that Mum’s service and dedication was in expert hands. This proved to be the case. Many well wishers at the afternoon tea spoke of the moving service and how much Mum would have appreciated and enjoyed it. You played a special role in the final chapter of her life.
We wish to thank you for conducting such a beautiful service for Dorothy Evans. You captured the person accurately and compassionately, although we have always been dreading this time, you gave us perfect closure, for nothing about the service could have been more dignified nor moving. You have a unique talent and have contributed greatly to making our grieving process easier.
Thank you for crafting and delivering such a personal and touching service for our girls Polly and Violet. The service really was an important day for us and it was all perfect – we would not have asked for a better farewell for the girls. Thank you again.
Thank you for all of your kind words and thoughts. You have helped me to say good-bye so much easier. Your service was excellent and beautifully done. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are truly a beautiful person with caring and compassion towards grieving families. Thank you.
We remember your service as a tasteful and fitting tribute to Mum and we are grateful to you for making it so.
Words cannot express our feelings of thanks. You made Tuesday so much easier for us with your special caring. We are so very glad we met you.
I am writing to say how happy we were with the way you handled the proceedings of my Grandfather’s funeral. In such a trying time for myself and the family, you showed great compassion and understanding in all situations, always made your self available, and guided us through a very difficult time in our lives.
You were more than willing to answer any questions that we had, and showed a lot of patience and understanding. When the time arrives that you have to part with a loved one, you want everything to be perfect. On the day things panned out exactly as we’d hoped they would, and exactly as you assured us they would.
This is the second time that you have conducted a service for my family, and I will not hesitate in using your services again, although I can’t wait until it’s under better circumstances.
In a service industry such as yours, and given the sensitivity of the job you carry out, I wanted to take the time out to show my appreciation.
Thank you once again Lynnette, you are an angel.
I just wanted to convey my utmost thanks and appreciation of the service you did for Helen.
You spoke as if you had known her all her life and you were passionate and caring. We all really appreciate the way it was put together and the detail that you went into. Helen would have been proud of the service.
Thank you again for your support and care and helping us to give Helen a service she deserved. You are an asset to your profession.
I wish to thank you for all you did for us yesterday at Peter’s funeral and in the days leading up to it. You deserve a gold medal for patience, sensitivity, generosity and exceptional courage in the face of such extreme weather conditions. Everyone has commented on the breadth and depth of the service. It was so important to our sons and all their friends to have Peter’s life and talents understood and appreciated.
